  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
